Q: Can I rent if I am not a law student at the Bowen School of Law?
A:  Barrister Court is housing for the serious student. The complex was established for the benefit and use of Bowen School of Law students. Barrister Court currently leases to students from the Clinton School of Public Service. A few short-term summer leases are available for students at other law schools during the summer.

Q: Is there a Fitness Facility on site?

 

A: Yes, There is a Fitness Facility with bicycles, treadmills, elliptical, free weights, universal weight machine, flat screen TV,  mats, balls, & more. . .

 

Q: Can I pay my rent by Direct Deposit? 

 

A:  Yes. You must complete the automatic payment authoization form found on this website's "Contact Us".

  

Q: Can I move-in in the middle of a month?

  

A: Yes. Your rent will be prorated.

  

Q: Can I have cable access in my apartment?

 

A: Yes. The apartments are cable ready. You just need to set up an account with Comcast Cable.

 

Q: Are these like dorm rooms?

 

A: No. These are efficiency apartments with a separate living room/kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom for the professional student.
